Step 1: Create a Profile

If you have never signed up with Arise before, fill out our application form and we will email you a personal registration link.

If you already have an account with Arise, click here, and we will reach out to you with steps on how to move forward.

Once you click the personal registration link, your page will look like this:

Click “continue with ZenLink Services LLC” and follow the steps below:

After creating a profile, your page will look like this:

*Please note: You MUST use the name associated with your driver's license and social security. If you have recently been married or had a name change, you must ensure your documents have been updated to match your last name before registering.

*If you want to create your account without using a personal registration link, go to Arise to start the process. Make sure you use our referral code which will either be 6232350 or the Agent ID of the ZenLink Services team member that referred you. you will then enter our Company ID 1164047 to choose ZenLink services. select the option “Join a Service Partner”.

*Be careful to NOT start the registration process as a “Sole Proprietor”, it may take several days to fix.

Step 2: Register as an Agent Working for ZenLink Services LLC on the Arise Platform

During this step, you will confirm your name is spelled correctly and input your SS#.

Once this is complete, we will be informed that you have requested to join our team:

Step 3: Sign Documents and Validate Email

Once you have been accepted onto our team, log in on the Arise Portal  to view/sign the documents:

*** When you click “View and Sign”, go inside the pop-up document, scroll to the bottom, and use the orange button to sign.

We will then finalize your request to join our team!

Check your inbox for a welcome email, which is full of great information to help you get started. 

*** Please give us up to 24 business hours to finalize your request. 

While you wait for us to finalize your request, check your email and make sure you click the link to validate your email address:

Step 4: Select a Client Program

During this step, you will have access to the client opportunities board to see what projects are available.

You have the flexibility to choose the client program that you would like to service.

Our clients include many Fortune 100 companies such as cable companies, cruise lines, retail stores and many more!

Client certification courses generally range from 5 to 30 days (Monday through Friday).

Make sure you review the technical requirements before enrolling.

Upon certification, you will have the opportunity to offer your services to that client and can begin work immediately!

The client roster is regularly updated, so if you don’t find a match immediately, please be patient—new opportunities may “arise” that align with your skills and availability.
